Adjust the pH of the water to 3.5-4.3. Prepare phase A and B separately and warm them to 75°C. Add phase A to phase B under agitation at 75°C. Homogenize for a few minutes, using a suitable dispersion unit (Ultra Turrax, Silverson, etc.). Warm phase C to 55°C and add to the emulsion using a suitable dispersion unit. Cool batch under gentle stirring. Add phase D when batch is below 40°C.
